On Thursday 18th May we listened to a thought-provoking and informative talk on grief in the workplace, presented by Dr. Bill Webster and the Guernsey Bereavement Service. Grief is a natural and normal response to loss, but it can be difficult to navigate in the workplace. This event explored the impact of grief on employees, the workplace and provides practical strategies for managers and colleagues to support those who are grieving.
