We’re inviting expressions of interest from local businesses to join a Guernsey delegation travelling to St Malo in late May/early June to explore opportunities for closer ties with French counterparts. With the increased ferry timetable to St Malo now offering more flexibility and access, there is a renewed opportunity to build stronger commercial connections with France and, by extension, Europe.
The visit aims to open discussions around import and export possibilities, build relationships with local businesses, and explore how Guernsey can make the most of its enhanced connectivity. Whether you’re already trading in France, considering expansion, or simply curious about opportunities in the region, this is a chance to meet potential partners, understand the local market, and shape the future of cross-Channel business.
We’re particularly keen to hear from businesses involved in food and drink, retail, logistics, and other trade-based sectors – but all sectors are welcome.
