The Committee for Employment & Social Security wants our input to help shape proposed protections against age-based discrimination as part of the second phase of implementing the Prevention of Discrimination Ordinance.
In order for us to understand our member’s views and be able to articulate them to the Committee as part of the consultation process, we have prepared a survey with a variety of questions incorporating not only the questions forming the basis of the Committee’s consultation document, but also additional questions relevant to the issues raised in the consultation document.
If you want to feed into our response, your deadline to respond to our survey is the 25th September 2024 so that we can collate your views and present them in a combined response to the Committee ahead of their stated deadline.
