The Guernsey Literary Festival, one of the biggest annual arts events in the Channel Islands, runs from 23 April to 5 May.
This year’s headline speakers include media presenters Louise Minchin and Sarah Beeny, celebrity chef Michel Roux, sportsmen Mike Brearley and Pat Nevin and novelists Louis de Bernières and Peter James.
Guernsey Chamber is delighted to host an event with The Leaders Consultancy who will be speaking about the foundations of excellent leadership and their new book The Leaders Book.
Leadership is everything. Organisations, communities and businesses rise and fall on leadership.
In this session, Deputy Bailiff Jessica Roland will interview the authors of The Leaders Book for a lively debate on moral courage, authentic trust and a living legacy mindset, the foundations of excellent leadership. Can good leadership really be learned, or is it something that you’re either born with or not?
