Art for Guernsey announces its next exhibition, The Fabric of Guernsey, an exhibition exploring the local and international history and stories of the ‘guernsey’ through a series of commissioned artworks by Sally Ede-Golightly.
The Art for Guernsey team is delighted to announce that they will be collaborating with Le Tricoteur for their next exhibition, The Fabric of Guernsey, which opens to the public on Wednesday 13 November. The show explores the local and international history and stories of the ‘guernsey’ through a series of commissioned artworks by Sally Ede-Golightly. Each original artwork will be paired with a unique guernsey, augmented with a bespoke stitched detail, creating a series of limited editions of the iconic garment. The remainder of the limitededition garment will be accompanied by a fine art print of the same artwork.
