This year’s West Show was the most connected yet thanks to Sure, who supplied a dedicated 2Gb Hyperfast Plus fibre service to the L’Eree Aerodrome site.
This permanent fibre connection ensured organisers and vendors stayed online, keeping card payments running smoothly and supporting the efficient running of the show. For visitors, this meant less time in queues and more time enjoying the attractions.
Over the course of the two-day event, more than 314GB of data was carried over the network, enough to stream more than 100 hours of HD video, highlighting how important fast and reliable connectivity has become for community events of this scale.
Sure’s Chief Commercial Officer, Simon Baldwin, celebrated the positive impact this addition had on the show:
