It’s a period of growth for the local team at Mim’s, the most recent addition to their portfolio has been the acquisition of the popular locally made lollies, Island Ices. Proprietor Mim Sarre is passionate about all things local and when the opportunity arose to buy Island Ices, she jumped at the opportunity, working closely with the previous owner to ensure that the great taste and provenance of the lollies was retained.
Made locally from scratch using fresh fruit when in season and containing no refined sugar or additives, these healthy alternative treats are gluten and dairy free and suitable for vegans. Coming in eight delicious flavours, they are on sale via Manor Farm Foods (link) and at various kiosks and shops around the island, so just ask at the counter!
