The recently established Guernsey Nature Commission LBG is looking for a Chief Executive Officer to manage an initially small team.
The CEO of this ambitious new charity will sit on the board to contribute to the strategic direction of the Commission and will liaise regularly with the Chair and other board members.
The role will require excellent communication and collaboration skills, as the Commission will be working across the third sector, the States, the business community, and the public. A passion for the natural environment is essential. Education to degree level in a field related to the environment is desirable but not essential. Experience of managing teams and presenting to senior management in the business sector is beneficial.
