The Channel Islands Financial Ombudsman invite all members to join them at their Annual Stakeholder Meeting to mark the publication of CIFO’s 2024 Annual Report and Financial Statements.
This is an opportunity to hear from our Chair, Antony Townsend, and to ask questions of our Board and the Principal Ombudsman.
Our Chair will share the highlights from our 2024 Annual Report, and give you an overview of what CIFO is seeing as new emerging complaint issues and what are CIFO Board’s objectives for 2025. After the Chair’s presentation, there will be a Q&A panel session.
