Christine Bangor-Jones (Director) is a MCIPD qualified HR & Resourcing professional with over 20 years experience, she has a solid background in all aspects of resourcing, in particular direct sourcing methodologies. Christine started her career in the UK working in Graduate and Intern Recruitment for international banks specialising in Fixed Income, Equities, Middle Office and Corporate Finance.

She moved to the Channel Islands in 2008 and since then, has worked in HR and Recruitment roles at two major global banks as well as in the commercial sector, covering roles in Finance, Tax, Legal, Commercial, Marketing, IT and Supply Chain. Christine has built a strong passion and reputation for her open and honest approach, working collaboratively and in the best interests of both clients and candidates.
