Guernsey Victim Support and Witness Service is an independent, local charity dedicated to supporting victims of crime and witnesses in criminal and family court proceedings. Our vision is to ensure that victims and witnesses in our community have access to the highest standard of support. Our mission encompasses providing support, information, and practical help to victims of criminal offences and those connected to them, such as family, friends, and colleagues. We also support potential court witnesses of all ages, including those attending Domestic Proceedings and Matrimonial Courts, as well as any other proceedings as requested by the judiciary.
