Founded in 1983 by Peter Yates as managing director and Sue Wilson as director of marketing, Sueco Outside Catering Ltd has been creating fabulous food for their clients and organising innovative catering events since it began.
In the 25th Anniversary year Peter Yates’s and Sue Wilson’s eldest daughter Merrilee along with her husband Hugh Tabel returned to live in Guernsey and have joined the company which ensures that it remains as a purely local family business for years to come.
Merrilee is working along side Sue in Marketing bringing together new ideas and concepts to keep Sueco on the top rung of the ladder!
Hugh is working alongside Peter looking after the company’s administration, as well as organising and overseeing the events, alongside Kendra Whittaker who has been involved in catering with Peter Yates for 18 years. As ‘front of house’ manager Kendra ensures Sueco functions run smoothly.
