Since the charity became independent in March 2017 the Chair has been the face and voice of the Christmas Lights.  Although there has been a small team of Trustees, it has been down to the Chair to take on the role of chief operating officer. The charity is looking for a new chair to lead a new team from next year to ensure the continued displays in St Peter Port at Christmas.  The new chair will be expected to undertake the administrative and regulatory tasks of the charity to ensure the lights will continue some of the tasks that are required are listed below :


    For the cost of the annual display of festive lights in St Peter Port.


    There is a requirement for the Trustees to take an overview of the technical and operational logistics of the annual displays.
