Every month we pose 7 questions to a Chamber member, this time it’s Korinne Le Page, founder of Thrive Coaching & Training.

1.Who are you and what do you do?

I’m a learning professional, consultant, and communication coach specialising in leadership and communication. I help driven professionals uncover their purpose, overcome what’s holding them back, and lead with clarity and confidence – so they can stand out, thrive, and make a real impact.

Through my consultancy work, I identify organisational needs, then design and deliver tailored training programmes that drive meaningful, lasting change. I also speak at international conferences and on radio, sharing insights on the power of effective leadership and communication.

2. How long have you been doing what you do?

28 years. I began my training career with British Airways training colleagues globally and started my own business on 01 Jan 2000.

3. How did you get into this field?

Through a ‘sliding doors’ moment! I had a phobia of speaking in front of people then one day, my manager at the time encouraged me to apply for a training role, I overcame my fear and haven’t looked back. I always enjoyed helping people, I became a counsellor with the BA Employee Assistance programme, and later a coach.

4. What’s the ‘why’ behind your work?

A belief that everyone has the potential to lead with purpose, communicate with impact, and contribute meaningfully. Too often, untapped potential is buried under self-doubt, unclear direction, or systemic challenges. Through my own experiences, I’m driven to help people break through those barriers because I know that when professionals are aligned with their purpose and empowered to express themselves fully, they not only thrive individually, but elevate the organisations and communities they’re part of.

My work is about unlocking that ripple effect – one person, one team, one conversation at a time. Hence the name and strapline: “Thrive Coaching & Training” – Empowering You to Thrive!

 5. How do you approach problem-solving?

By first listening deeply and asking the right questions to uncover the root of the challenge – whether it’s an individual block, a team dynamic, or an organisational gap. I don’t believe in ‘one-size-fits-all’ solutions; instead, I take a collaborative, strategic approach that blends insight, empathy, and clarity. I look at the whole picture – purpose, mindset, communication, and culture – then design practical, tailored interventions that create real momentum and sustainable change.

 6. What book, mentor, or podcast has shaped your thinking and why?

“The Road Less Travelled” by M. Scott Peck because it guides us to push through risk and discomfort to grow and thrive. I am also inspired by Jefferson Fisher’s channel on Communication (he is a Trial Lawyer).

 7. Tea, coffee, or something stronger

Depends on the occasion!
