Enrapture Limited, the Guernsey-based web, digital design, hosting, and marketing company, recently announced that they have acquired Impression Media, another Guernsey-based web/digital design & SEO management partnership, to create a stronger service offering for its Channel Island and international client base. The resultant merger will maintain the Enrapture brand and company name going forward.

Apart from naturally increasing the design resources and skills available within Enrapture, this merger also combines the client-base of both organisations, including a growing website hosting business, with clients across the Channel Islands and many other countries across the world.

Shane Marriott, the founder of Enrapture, stated that “This consolidation does not change Enrapture’s business model; we will continue to focus on offering professional design services to both large and small businesses at realistic prices. Most importantly, we’ll continue to concentrate on fostering long-term relationships with our clients.”

“It is an exciting time for Enrapture Limited, as we recently completed a merger with Impression Media, acquiring its assets and clients. All of the clients, products and services offered by Impression Media have already been merged into the Enrapture systems. Nothing will change for any clients regarding the high-quality service they receive; it will simply be business as usual.”

“In the very near future, we will be announcing the launch of a number of new services.  At the same time, Mark Margetts-Smith joins Enrapture as a Director, giving us the capacity to further develop and expand our services to a wider and more diverse market.”

Mark commented “Our business is set to grow dramatically over the next 3-5 years, carrying the Guernsey brand worldwide, as we further promote an even broader range of marketing and web design services to an existing and growing global client base.  At the same time, we take great pride in our association with many Channel Islands-based businesses, and we continue to offer professional services at realistic prices and support local charities with technical know-how and advice.”
