The Office of the Data Protection Authority’s (ODPA) free drop-in sessions restart on the 10 January, and run every Wednesday (09:00-12:00) till the end of February. Drop-ins will then shift to fortnightly for remainder of 2024.

The ODPA’s annual registration period in open from beginning of January – end of February. If you work with data about or related to identified (or identifiable) living people you are legally obliged to maintain an annual registration with the ODPA (even if you are a small business or a sole-trader).
