Local multi-service IT consultancy Donkeylogic has appointed Jordan Dodsworth as technical support consultant.
Jordan will provide first line support for the company’s Mac service line from a technical support and consultancy perspective, as well as running its busy workshop.
This new role has been created in response to Donkeylogic’s growing client base and increased demand for its services, as managing director Justin Guilbert explained:
‘The company has grown steadily since we launched three years ago and we are now in a position where we need more technical support to service client needs. Jordan’s appointment will enable me to focus on business development and on the company’s future growth strategy. We are delighted that he has joined us and I am sure he will make a valuable contribution to the company’s future.’
Jordan was born and educated in Guernsey and has spent a number of years in customer-facing roles within the technology field, most recently with Sure in a retail customer role. He is now studying for exams to become an Apple Certified Support Professional, which he hopes to complete later this year. He is looking forward to his new role:
‘Within a small company you inevitably get involved with a wider range of business activity than you would in a large corporation. I am looking forward to developing new skills and being able to be part of the company’s future growth.’
