Accent Launches New Interactive Language Website
Guernsey’s “Accent Language School”, providing tuition and other related services in English and a number of foreign languages, is thrilled to announce the launch of its new user-friendly, informative and engaging website, www.accent.gg.
The website and logo were redesigned by the team at Refresh to revamp the look and feel of the school, reflecting the development and evolution of the business since its new owner, Anna Lisa Detassis, took over in 2014. The aim is to give the user an overall improved experience, helping them to find useful information and navigate easily through the site.
New functionalities have been added, such as booking lessons in one click, online tuition and self-access online courses, which enable clients to learn from the comfort of their own home. The student can also match their availability with the perfect tutor.
The intuitive site also features an online community, as well as frequently asked questions and testimonials on each service, which give more information prior to booking or getting in touch.
“We are very excited about launching our new website. It provides a much more modern and engaging look and feel, whilst ensuring our values are still the same” said Anna Lisa Detassis, owner and Director of Accent. “We hope our clients will enjoy our new website and will find the content engaging and the navigation easier; they can also log in directly to our portal where they can find a range of products, some new, some old, but all online”.
Accent invites visitors to explore the new website, in particular, the online provision and the online community. “What we are trying to achieve is to engage on several levels, including creating a space where people can meet and exchange in a controlled and safe environment, learning from each other and enjoying each other’s company whilst practising different languages” said Guilhem Chene, Academic Manager and Innovation Officer.
Accent Language School has been teaching languages for over 25 years to both local and foreign students of all ages and backgrounds. We are passionate about spreading the love for languages – from toddlers to the young at heart and from beginners to bilingual. Our qualified and experienced team continues to help students of all ages, including foreign students and professionals, to achieve a high standard of proficiency in a range of different languages.
