Mim’s Kiosk at Cobo offers a wide range of hot food including an artisan pop-up pizza parlour. We go out of our way to use local suppliers and, in true Guernsey fashion, we get our veg from the hedge.
Our selection of soft serve ice creams is super popular as is our fresh roasted local coffee (our used coffee granules are composted by The Soil Farm Guernsey)! We give upcoming small businesses a chance by promoting their product range and we support local whenever possible.
