Making payments easier for you and your business

Guernsey is underserved on payments, but Adfin is helping to change that. No other direct debit provider supports Guernsey businesses, and card options are often limited and expensive. Adfin gives island businesses the full toolkit: direct debit, card, Apple Pay and Google Pay, with a link to pay over email or WhatsApp, and every payment auto-reconciled.

The Chamber use Adfin to collect and chase payments, and so do a number of our members. Here's how it's worked for two of them: GTA University Centre and Offshore Group.

Offshore Group (accounting, bookkeeping and payroll services across Guernsey and Jersey since 2007)

Most of Offshore's invoices are recurring, with monthly fees to the same clients. What they needed was a direct debit solution, something they didn't have until Adfin.

The impact? ~80 invoices a month auto-reconciled, with no credit control needed on the direct debit book. Not a single failed or uncollected direct debit in 10 consecutive months, and clients who used to pay ~6 days late now pay on time.

GTA University Centre (Guernsey's professional training provider, 2,400+ delegates a year across finance, leadership, digital skills and more)

GTA needed a way to collect quick card payments for course bookings. With Adfin, invoices go out by email or WhatsApp with Apple Pay and Google Pay built in, so paying takes seconds.

Now 73% of payments are made the same day the invoice goes out, 83% within 48 hours. Nearly half come through Apple Pay/Google Pay, across ~600 customers and 170 invoices a month.

One platform, whatever the payment: Adfin supports recurring fees on direct debit and one-off payments on quick card links, all reconciled and chased up automatically. If you're interested in using them
