Lince Salisbury in Guernsey was founded as a sole practice by the late Denis Lince in 1953, the firm has evolved over the years and in March 2002, the partnership became a limited company under the name Lince Salisbury Limited.
While maintaining links with their heritage by retaining the Lince Salisbury name, they have joined the BKR International organisation, a highly respected international association of independent accountants. This association demands the highest standards of its members and provides a world-wide network of expertise.
Lince Salisbury, is headed by the three principals, Greg Robert, Tim Lowe and Matt Godfrey each bringing a wealth of knowledge and expertise in specialist areas. Ably supported by a team of nineteen experienced staff, their commitment to the continued development of staff at all levels ensures that clients receive an efficient, friendly and world-class service.
They offer their clients an alternative to the Big Four accountancy firms, and faceless, corporate fiduciaries. With a personal culture, they distinguish themselves from the crowd through forming relationships based on integrity, passion and expertise. With a business history spanning six decades, Lince Salisbury have built a large client base which includes small, local companies and in common with the financial sector in Guernsey, they now also provide audit services for a great number of offshore trusts and companies administered by banks and trust companies locally.
Through the wholly owned trust company, Avenue Trust Company Limited, they offer full trustee and fiduciary services. The company is formally registered and approved with the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and is also licensed by the Guernsey Financial Services Commission under The Regulation of Fiduciaries, Administration Businesses and Company Directors, etc. (Bailiwick of Guernsey) Law, 2000 to carry out fiduciary activities. They are also permitted to act as auditors to fiduciary businesses.
