Cyber and information security is one of business’s biggest risks & can cause catastrophic damage…find out how to reduce that threat

This Zoom link to join this webinar will be sent to all attendees on the morning of the event.

Business leaders need to manage cyber security as an organisation-wide risk, and cannot pass this matter to IT as a single point of reference to protect the organisation.

This event, with main speaker Bruce McDougall (pictured), and Q&As with additional Black Arrow team members Tony Cleal and James Martel, will help to demystify cyber and information security and will look at the most common risks and attacks as well as how to achieve good cyber security practices. The event will also highlight considerations for good cyber and information security when working from home.

In addition, the GFSC has just published their Cyber Security Rules. They apply immediately and all regulated financial service firms will need to evidence compliance with the rules by August.

These rules were established following a thematic review by Black Arrow founding director Tony Cleal. The framework equally provides a reference for good practice for businesses outside of financial services.

“Businesses cannot assume they are compliant, and some firms may be surprised that Cyber Essentials and Cyber Essentials Plus accreditations do not fulfil the GFSC requirements,” says Mr Cleal.
