James Machon is a professionally qualified Personal Performance Coach or, as most people refer to it, a Life Coach. After studying with The Coaching Academy James gained his Diploma in Personal Performance Coaching (Distinction) in May 2019. James is also qualified in psychometric testing and training for individuals, groups and businesses.

James specialises in building the confidence of people from a wide range of backgrounds to help them to make a lasting, positive difference in their lives. His main focus is working with those in the corporate world. This particular expertise comes from a combination of his training and having spent three decades working in the finance sector himself. James has great experience and genuine empathy with the challenges and demands that such clients face.
