– Seminar Introduction –
In our 21st century, globalised face-paced, high-stakes “always on” culture, demands in the workplace increasingly stretch our boundaries. Something has to given, and usually, that something is the quality and quantity of our sleep.
How we sleep directly impacts our performance and productivity, as well as our health, happiness and overall well-being.
Research clearly shows that poor sleep quality has links to poor mental and physical health outcomes and an increased risk for adverse performance. However, it’s not just about considering what is lost, but also what might be missed out on by us being unable to achieve high quality sleep.
In this one hour introductory session, Daniel will explore the history of sleep, it’s importance for our health and the performance of our businesses, as well as sharing some useful tools, tips and techniques that can help you to start sleeping better that very night.
For any queries please contact Daniel directly or Chamber’s office at firstname.lastname@example.org
