In the Lunch and Learn event Andre Duquemin will teach participants their window of stress tolerance, the pressure/ performance curve, the science behind stress, burnout and mental health and tools and techniques for professionals to use everyday to prevent burnout.

Andre is the Founder of Three Brain Training, a business aimed at confronting chronic stress and burnout with professionals. Andre has more than 20 years of experience as an Osteopath, specialised in working with trauma since 2011 and studied neuroscience of stress and high-performance for the past decade.

Most professionals believe the brain acts as the CEO of the rest of the body. Research has identified that this isn’t the case, and instead, our hearts and guts can gather, process, store and act upon information via their own nervous systems – leading to the three-brain concept.
