Guernsey Chamber is delighted to be bringing to the island British Marine’s James Scott Anderson to speak at the March OGH lunch. He is involved in exciting coastal development plans around the UK and will give his expert view on how our island can make best use of infrastructure, sustainable efforts for the sector and the leisure and commercial uses of our harbours and coastline.
With the island navigating its way to updated harbour facilities and eastern seaboard improvements, coupled with a strong focus on sustainability and the environment, Chamber is sponsoring James’ visit to provide strategic guidance on possible solutions.
The British Marine Foundation is also involved in encouraging the next generation of sustainable vessels, both commercial and recreational.
The monthly lunch, sponsored by HSBC, will also feature a pre-speaker slot with Mark Harrison on his link with Rolls Royce’s electric aircraft project.
